hiya, im hanging in there thanks for asking. been going hot and cold through the day, but keep telling myself its my body gettin cleansed! And my god do i need it, my body is well marinated. But im sick and tired of weed having a hold on me, i want control back. As for the fags, i had a sneaky one today, got a bit stressed. But i felt guilty and stubbed it out half way through. How long have you given up for? Have you relapsed at all? Have you made changes to your normal routine to make it easier? Questions questions! :-)
