Benefits of quitting cannabis

I started smoking when I was about 15... I am now 26. I have quit twice for more than 6 months, but that seems to be about as long as I can go without convincing myself that I've sufficiently distanced myself... and that perhaps now, this time, I can smoke in moderation. It has become obvious to me that for someone who smokes like me it is damn near impossible to transition to a casual smoker. I know that I need to stop again...  and stay away this time. The guilt that comes along with my sessions these days must be trying to tell me something... I need to start listening...
