Good stuff, you can do it, I gave up a heap of times before this time, and I've finally done it, haven't had a proper smoke since Nov 28th, it seems so hard in the beginning. I had to avoid a lot of friends that smoked just so I could get over it easier, but it gets easier and easier. I had a "relapse" a few days after I decided to give up, but it really put me back on track, because I just felt crap after having it. You can do it. | |
