You're damn right mate... this is proper tough!! Not had a smoke for 9 days and I'm dying to get baked!!!... havent been without weed this long for over 20 years.... I think that some people find it easier to try and gradually reduce the amount they smoke and some find it easier to stop completely... you gotta find the right way for you.. either way it aint gonna be easy.... there's plenty of people on here who'll try to support you and help where they can. Good luck mate

Hey, I'm not a first time quitter, but I've been smoking pretty heavily the last 8 years. I'm relying on support from this forum to get me through all the crap, If ya need someone to talk to about how you're feeling, I'll lend an ear :-)

Anyone had any shocking night sweats? I had to change the sheets last night lol.

Night sweats and horrors are real nasty.

Ive been to south aus and the weed is at a serious strength, grown under a hot sun. Thats one thing i can remember.

Quit now m8 dont be like me 32 and addicted. What you've lost so far is a taste of whats ahead if you continue.

Going for the lifer quit this yr. quit tabacco a yr back.

Looking forward to improving my relationships like you pal

good luck.

Yeah the weed here is pretty strong at the best of times, although I got so used to it when I smoked it all the time, especially with a bucket, crazy cat I am, I'm sure I built up a mega tolerance to it, needing more etc. Wow lew, if you can quit tobacco, you can totally, totally quit weed, I think tobacco is harder to quit, more accessible etc. WIsh you the best of luck though mate! :-)

Hey guys,

As long as you have the willpower it can be done. I am on day four and have kept my self busy thus far. It will be a lot easier for you if you WANT to quit. I find that i've moved on from it, so it hasn't actually been that hard, once my mind is set. Just keep at it, be weary of your triggers, and keep yourself busy!

Good luck,
