im just gona put it out there, when i stopped smoking weed it changed my life for the better!FACT!
more money in my pocket,( to spend on the truely finer things in lfe, save for holidays, cars, etc!what ever i want! although the economic recession is hitting every1 hard, at least i know im not throwing my money away on weed. i used to say i would rather have weed and no money rather than money and no weed, i was wrong!!! having money feels good, i can treat myself to knew clothes, nights out or just save!)
im not involved in crime n e more. (started selling weed, moved to cocaine and ecstacy, have been arrested for possesin of weed three times, have a criminal convictin for class A drugs which was 2 grams of cocaine, havnt got involved in n e crime since i quit weed, im not a bad peson, im really a good guy i jus got caught up in the wrong kind of life, and it was the weed that opened the door to this kind of life)
more socially active better relationship with my family (b4 i cudnt speak to my family and always wud shout and argue with them over the stupidest of things, for nothing really, all they ever did was look out for me and try and help me but i cudnt even hold a conversation with them, i wud just go to my room and lock the door, this happened for years. now, we have never been so close, i can actually converse with my brother and my parents and guess wot? they aint actually that bad!!)
More action in thebedroom!lol (it may seem stupid but i was actually paranoid to talk to women, even when they made eyes at me across the room, all i had to do was go over and talk to them and the weed made me such a pussy i cudnt even do that! even when i wasnt high, my god have things changed, confidence levels are at an all time high and i can approach n e 1. it is great to have this new air of confidence and the paranoia has left me, if n e of u guys have had or are having the same problem, give up for a month then try it! u will be able to approach a n e 1)
feeling good for not being a stoner! (prob the most satisfying of all feelings but it took its time, when you can sit in a room full of your mates smoking and turn and refuse to smoke, it feels fucking good and you know you have made it! when you can turn an addiction round and say no to weed, you kow that you are a strong powerful minded person and can achieve n e thing!

Good action mate - I'm the same. When stoned my chat simply vanishes - no chat for anyone male or female! I've had the same feeling when rejecting a smoke on a joint - makes you feel strong - better buzz than the joint it'self! I've got a nice new girlfriend, been clean of weed for 13 days and not really feeling like I'm missing out on anything by having a smoke. Something we BOTH need to keep an eye on though is that we don't think we've got it cracked and think that we can have a puff at a party or a "one-off" joint. I certainly cant - it can lead to being in the same crappy situation again. As this is it (see her post) says - we have to wave good by to our old friend puff - it's time to grow up and kick it into touch for ever. Good luck mate. Greg

good luck mate, good to see that some1 else's life is getting better! and it shud continue to do so, focus on all the good things that derive from not smoking, congrats on the new girlfriend, i bet it feels unreal to be sitting with a woman, conversing and having a normal life than rather sitting by yourself smoking and wondering what its like to have a normal life, it was like that for me n e ways, love the new social identity not smoking gives you, it turns you into a new person, a better person and makes you feel dam good! keep up the good work mate!
