An obvious benefit really but it is only when you calculate how much you have spent, and how much you can save that it really hits home.

 

I smoked a teenth of weed a day, which is £12.50 daily

365 days a year = £4562.50 a year

Monthly it is = £380

 

These calculations are correct as the dealers where I live do not give discount for bulk buying, and Oz is £200

 

I can safely say I have smoked that amount for the last 5 years, which is over £22000

 

OMG I live in a flat and do not own my property, that money could have been a deposit.  Now I do not want to focus on the negativity of wasting this money, but celebrate the realisation I now have, and the desire and want to quit

i was on a q a day so have spent approx £180000 in the last 10 -15 years, which is enogh to buy a house. will see the benefits soon as i have been clean for over 6 weeks now. congrats on the quit and keep up the good work
